What types of life skills can you help me with?

We assist with a range of life skills, including cooking, budgeting, personal grooming, time management, social skills, decision making and using public transport. Our goal is to help you build confidence and independence in managing your daily activities. By understanding your strengths and areas for improvement, we design activities and experiences that suit your pace and learning style, ensuring you gain the most benefit.

Can life skills training help me with employment?

Yes, our life skills training includes work-related skills such as job searching, resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette. We equip you with the necessary tools to find and maintain employment.

How can I stay motivated and engaged?

We help you to stay motivated by setting achievable goals and celebrating your progress. Our support workers provide continuous encouragement and adapt activities to keep them interesting and relevant for you.

Can family members be involved in my life skills training?

Absolutely. We encourage family involvement to support your learning journey. They can participate in activities with you and help reinforce skills at home, creating a supportive environment for your development.
