Stephan Faichney

Stephan's background encompasses 25 years of business and leadership experience for both not-for-profit and private sectors in the community services space.


His experience in the sector has not only made a positive difference to the industry but also to those at the centre of everything we do. With a background in some of the countries largest organisations, he has maintained focus on the Participants we support but also been consistent in leading with transparency, always developing mutually respectful relationships. Stephan is focused on organisational alignment and ensuring high-quality services and safe and nurturing environments for both Participants and staff.

Kenny Cullinane

Kenny has a diverse background in the aged, disability, and health sectors, working in various operational and senior management roles. He has experience working for both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Kenny has studied business, operations management, leadership, community services management, counseling, and human services as part of his education.

He also has personal experience with family members accessing the NDIS, which has driven his passion to support participants and their families in navigating the NDIS framework. He understands the importance of providing opportunities and pathways for NDIS participants.

Kris Mercaida

With over a decade of diverse experience in enhancing service delivery and supporting individuals through the NDIS, Kris began his career as a Campus Information Officer and Housekeeping Supervisor, gaining insights into efficient and precise service. Transitioning to individual support, he dedicated three years to providing personalized care and fostering independence in various settings. Kris's commitment led him to continue honing his knowledge in NDIS services.


Now a Service Delivery Specialist, Kris leverages his educational background, including a Master of Science in Teaching English, along with Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management, Diploma in Leadership and Management and Diploma in Community Services. He integrates these skills with his experience in education, service delivery, and client support to ensure exceptional care for every participant. Kris is driven by a passion for making a positive impact on lives with empathy and professionalism.

Kerry Logan

Kerry joined the Hilltop Caring family in 2023, bringing with her three years of experience in the disability sector. Starting as a Support Worker and progressing to House Lead, her journey is underpinned by her life experience as a mother and grandmother, nurturing and supporting family members through life's challenges.


In her current role as Care Coordinator, Kerry oversees several SIL houses and some individual supports. This role requires her to be very familiar with participants and their individual support needs, build rapport with families and stakeholders, and oversee the training, support, and compliance of support workers. She ensures clear communication and collaboration between all those involved in supporting and caring for the participants.


With many years of experience as an Events Coordinator and a lifetime as a social butterfly, Kerry enjoys organizing events for participants to provide opportunities for social interaction and celebration. Working at Hilltop Caring provides her with a supportive environment that embraces the notion that "It all begins with positive relationships."

With a Bachelor's degree in Management and over 10 years of management experience, Charise brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role. Additionally, she has nearly 2 years of experience as a disability support worker in Australia and has recently completed her Master's in Business Administration.


Happily married and a mom of two boys, she cherishes close family relationships and prioritizes empathy and understanding in all her interactions. Charise finds fulfillment in enriching others' lives and building meaningful connections.

As an Administration Officer with , I specialise in optimising office operations and supporting organisational efficiency.

My expertise includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential information with discretion. Known for my strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, I thrive in dynamic environments and am dedicated to streamlining processes to enhance productivity and team performance.

My background in Customer Service has equipped me with a solid understanding of administrative functions and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to executives, clients and staff alike.

With several years of experience in Business Support, Mira honed her skills in providing administrative support across diverse sectors. Specialising in NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) support, she excels in assisting organisations with a broad range of tasks including business support, HR recruitment, and various operational functions.


Her expertise extends to crafting visually engaging materials and streamlining processes, enabling her to contribute effectively to organisational operations.
